“Dr Lin is very nice and extremely perky but I'm not 100% sure she is really listening to the issues you are describing. A cheery upbeat response is not necessarily the right answer to a particularly serious issue that is troubling a patient, and could be perceived as minimizing the patient's feelings about the issue. I think Dr Lin should dial up the gravitas and dial back the perkiness a bit as she is otherwise a lovely person and competent doctor“

“I saw Dr. Cole at the Rockville location. The office is about an hour and half from where I live. She is highly rated so I selected her as the dermatologist to perform a full body examination for skin cancer.

I was a bit nervous because I have never done this before. After the visit, I was very happy with the results and the service.

It did not take long to fill out the application and to be seen. I arrived there 43 minutes early because I knew-- as a new patient--I would have to fill out an application.

Dr. Cole examined my body thoroughly. I like that she talks to me during examination--asking questions and explaining things to me.
