He really listened to me during the design phase to ensure that we were going to build what I wanted. He even helped me find an engineer for the necessary drawings. Fyi: the shingles are hard to match due to age so i thought getting the HOA's approval was going to be tough. This company guaranteed that they could get the HOA's approval, which they did!
