I’ve been getting lashes for years and have become very familiar and picky about what makes a great lash artist.

Here’s what I always look for, and what she absolutely nails every time:
- Quality of materials: no issues, no discomfort, and they always look beautiful.
- A natural eye for design: she instantly knows what will suit your face and or how to get you to the look you want, while still listening and collaborating
- Fair pricing: beyond fair if you ask me. lashes are an investment, especially these days, but with her they feel genuinely worth it
- Retention: I don’t expect miracles, in fact normally I’d prefer regular/more frequent fills to keep everything perfect, but with her the retention consistently impresses, often spacing fills loosely at 3 weeks and still lookin pretty strong then ? (my experience w/ other techs being more like a consistent 2-2.5 weeks max before I’m dying to get back in)

So yeah, She checks every box. ?
I was new to the area and tried a few lash artists before finding her, and I’m so glad our paths crossed now for almost a year now. The quality and service are already top-tier, but honestly the best part is how much I enjoy being in her chair every couple of weeks ??‍♀️

She really tried to involve him as much as possible, which made him feel comfortable and engaged the entire time. He usually doesn’t enjoy haircuts, but he did great and actually had fun. “I have been going here for about six month for eyelash extensions. They look great and the team works with you to suggest ideas, etc. I've never heard a complaint while in there.

The location is convenient with ample parking. The beds are comfortable and well-maintained. (I occasionally doze off!) This includes having cozy blankets for the chillier months and a basket in which to place a purse so you don't have it on the floor.

I can't say enough great things about the staff. They are welcoming, friendly, and professional. As an example, I'd had a knee procedure and wasn't sure I'd be comfortable with the bend of my knee on the chair. They offered me something to prop my knee and brought me an ice pack wrapped in towel. I was not expecting that! The only thing I'd suggest changing is the music. It's not relaxing or soothing, which I feel the overall nature of service calls for. But it's not a non-starter for me in any way. Just something I'd change if asked.

“This is great salon. I came because my mom regularly has Berry do her updo braids style. But that’s not all Berry can do! I went in to get my hair dyed to cover my gray. Berry noticed that it had been a long time since my last trim and did a great cut to get rid of my split ends. The shampoo was lovely. And since I only went in for the dye, I was prepared to leave and do a wash n go at home. But Berry did a beautiful silk press for me. I received so many compliments on the style / curls. I’ll definitely go back! And my mom has her appointment next week!“
