I came here a couple months ago, and Christa made my hair looked great, however, I feel like things could have ran more smoothly. I feel like I was waiting for a long time for my appointment to start and that's not the best impression on a new client. Everyone was so nice, but I just feel like the wait should not have been so long considering I had an appointment. -RC

Hi, I want to start by recommending Hairstylist “Jackie”. She was very professional and nice. This was my first experience getting my hair done at this salon and I was not disappointed. I like the cleanliness and Professionalism. I explained what I wanted and she understood well. I liked her work. She make sure Job gets done. She knows how to give a nice cut. I was happy with everything. But a little note just to improve bit more that please share the price of work with customer before they get the work done. Communicate ahead. YOU Salon has a welcoming and friendly environment and their customer service is excellent. Most importantly, my stylist Jackie is wonderful. She is highly skilled, creative and and an excellent colorist. I am always so pleased with my results of a visit to YOU Salon! I highly recommend- they will not disappoint!
