Ruby has been my excellent hair stylist for years and is the best at what she does. She listens to what her customer requests and doesn’t dismiss your ideas. She is skilled and efficient in her work, and never once have I had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time. Since her salon is in a large mall, there is always someplace to park so that is never an issue that would make you late to your appointment. Communication is easy and she is very responsive to messages. Ruby is both a professional and a delightful person.

Absolutely fantastic service. Love the attention to detail and the care she provides. I feel like my questions are being answered and understood very thoroughly ! I am definitely going to recommend my friends to check her out.

Since my longtime hairdresser closed down her business at the start of the pandemic, I've been trying salon after salon with no luck. I tried a lot of the fancy, highly rated "salon and spa" type places in Bethesda and Rockville. I have medium wavy hair with layers and bangs. Inevitably, I'd end up with layers that made me look like I had a helmet on, or worse, a mullet. Or the bangs would be short. Or they'd be too afraid to take any length off and it would just be flat in the back. I found Ruby on Yelp and through google reviews which were ALL stellar.
