Madelyn Jones and Rosalie Monkono are the best. They understand that you are their patient and they take the time to treat you and answer all questions with empathy. That's the difference. I love this office and I have seen many people who work there...CRPNs, DNPs, and DRs over the years. I had one bad experience, but the rest have been great. In fact, I switched there because my old DR stopped taking my insurance and when they started back accepting it, there was no way I was going back. Miriam is an absolute rock star!!! I hate needles and she was the coolest lab tech I have ever met. She let me take my time, let me even play music on my phone, and made sure I was relaxed as possible during the entire process. She genuinely changed my mindset on healthcare with how kind and caring she was. Everyone else rocks at this doctors office too, but special shoutout to the lab techs!!!
This is the absolute best healthcare I've received in my life. All staff have such a pleasant demeanor. You're never felt as if you're inconveniencing them. They conduct themselves with absolute professionalism. When it comes to actual care, I'm presented with all information, alternatives, and recommendations. I never feel like there's an open-ended issue because everything is thoroughly addressed. Switching to this practice years ago was an absolute positive life changing action.
