The staff isn’t really rude to me I’ve experienced, the only thing is when I have to sign in via text message before your appointment, you go through a lot of pages of ads for different medications you have to say no thank you or sign up before it’s completed. Amber was always really helpful & supportive of anything I wanted to do with my health that was safe, but allowed to make on my own terms. I had to leave because I moved too far away, but not a bad practice if in the Frederick Area.

I was seen by Jayme today and I have to say she was extremely professional. Definitely the best Dr I’ve been to or seen. Didn’t cut any time got straight to the point, explained the entire process and her thought behind it and why she’s doing it. Also answered and explained any questions I had, she kept it friendly enough to not feel like a DR visit and for the first time I was really gave me the opportunity at the end to ask any questions and you could tell it was a genuine open floor for me, not many people are that genuine.
