I’d highly recommend Polite Pooches for your dog training needs! Kathy really took the time to understand our concerns and shared a very detailed training, and feeding, plan to help us. We’ve been implementing for a little over a week and things are going great. Our puppy is happier, following commands, and we’ve had zero potty accidents in our home. Talk about success! We’re so happy with the progress and looking forward to future sessions.

The team at TSW roofing were all fantastic! Brandon was very honest with his estimate, even providing me with a detailed email about what was going on with my skylight leak and providing me with multiple options on a repair solution. I was grateful for these options and the detailed email that he had sent to me explaining what may differ with either route we chose.

My cat Omar had an abscess on his face. I had clear instructions and options to choose from. I sent in pictures and they were shown to the doctor. I got a call back and brought him in. Everyone is so nice and caring.
Omar who can be a bad kitty was very good for the doctor and assistant/technician.

Stephen the owner is super awesome guy! Went there past Sunday with my 1/14 scale rc car from Amazon. Just stopped working, turns out engine blew out. Asked him if he could get it up and running. He suggested for a few bucks more to get a more durable vehicle and return this one. Appreciate his honestly as he could of took my $ to fix mine. Ended up picking up Maverick Quantum 2 monster truck with a battery. He made adapters so I could run my shorty pack 3S Lippo batteries it purchased on Amazon. Came back today and bought my young nephew 1/16 scale rc car for Christmas. Brushless hobby grade for same price as one on Amazon brushed! Also picked up extra large battery for my truck and cool clear Ford Raptor shell for switching looks up on mine. He took time to answer all my questions and concerns. Very friendly and knowledgeable man. Im big on supporting local businesses! Please go visit him for all your rc car needs,and also computer needs! Highly recommend and he now has a new customer for life with me!

It is difficult to say what is the best part of Grier's Nursery: the wide array of plants in good healthy shape, the reasonable prices or the peerless staff. Well worth finding and multiple repeat customer.
My family has gone to them as long as I can remember. They're basically family! They are so sweetest and so helpful. Always there to help. You can tell they love their job and every animal that comes through the door. I moved about 30 minutes away but still make the trip to Forest Hill. I recommend them to everyone even those who are a little further then the area. My number one choice!

RD Bennett gave us a new driveway and front curb. They also replaced our front porch with a new concrete slab in preparation to build a roof/covering on our front porch. The team was on time, professional, and did meticulous work. Before beginning this project, we got several estimates and RD Bennett was definitely the best in terms of quality and value for the money. The curb appeal and appearance of our home has increased so much!

Mullhausen Heating and Air is the only one I will call. Work is always first-rate. Honesty is the policy at Mullhausen; you are given a direct diagnosis and preventative maintenance tips. Yesterday my mother-in-law's AC/Furnace quit working during 90 degree weather with projected 100's heat indexes coming in the next few days. We thought it was out of freon. Called on Saturday around twelve-thirty, Wayne was on-site within a few hours. It was not the freon; he diagnosed the correct problem and fixed it quickly. He carries every part for her system in his truck which eliminated any need for ordering a part. New parts weren't needed, but knowing he had everything was a comfort. My mother-in-law met Wayne yesterday and was so impressed by him that she's booking him to do her furnace maintenance in the fall.
Wayne came through for us multiple times, and has replaced entire my system previously. He taught me and my husband important information because he believes knowing what to do and how to prevent problems is better overall. He believes in doing a good job. I will always call Mullhausen and I will refer everyone to him. I am impressed every time with the job knowledge, honesty, responsiveness, and quality of work. Peace of mind is important and Wayne provides that.

I was really impressed by EMC Air duct & dryer vent cleaning and Chimney sweep! Jacob and his team did an amazing job with vent cleaning, air duct cleaning, and a chimney inspection. They were on time, professional, and efficient. The dryer vent cleaning made my dryer run like new again. My home feels so much fresher now! I’ll be booking EMC services again next year.
WONDERFUL practice! Dr Grace is phenomenal and everyone here is just so sweet and helpful! They all care about the children's wellbeing and everyone at the practice works together to make sure our babies are well cared for. They have gone above and beyond for my babies plenty of times. I'm convinced my eldest daughter is alive today because of Dr Grace, she was the only one who listened to me when I swore something was wrong after I kept being told she was just teething (surprise! It wasn't just teething!). Dr Grace sprung into action, ran tests and called me THAT NIGHT to tell me the results and to get our baby to the hospital. She also called and checked on us while we were in the hospital, which we greatly appreciated. It was because she listened and believed me that we were able to get our girl the help she needed! I'll always recommend Dr Grace and this practice to anyone who asks!
We had our deck built by Deck Commander three years ago and absolutely love it. When we recently found out the city had a paperwork error and as a result never closed our building permit out, I reached back out and the owner immediately responded. Within a week he had communicated with the county and worked out the change they wanted to see. This took significant time and expense for his crew, but he was courteous and stood by his work. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!

Hire them! Now! Really!A few years ago, McGraw Contracting basically rebuilt our tired 1980s, tri-level home from the inside out. They also created a beautiful master bedroom over the garage! Not a day goes by that we don't still love everything they did!Every single room in our home had some major change to it. They created an open floor concept out of three small spaces turning it into a gourmet kitchen and tasteful living space with beautiful, 15-foot ceilings. The original ceilings were 8 feet.Each of our bathrooms were completely gutted; reoriented where needed, all new tiling was laid, and new everything else put back in. Each bedroom was painted, doors and closets moved, and had new lighting installed.They replaced every single window in our home. In the lower level family room they took out our old fireplace and made sure the new space was ready for our new gas fireplace to be installed. They also installed new flooring throughout the home. Even our garage space underneath the new addition got a needed facelift!Outside, they re-sided our entire home and helped us find someone to repair some of the brick work that was discovered to have a problem. They installed new, larger gutters. Finally, they demolished our two, massive, tired and worn wooden decks, reinforced the support structures, and built two beautiful composite decks with lighting and electrical placed all around them.The workmanship and work ethic that Joe (and everyone who works for him displays}, is seldom seen anymore. Their advice, their good humor, and their honestly made this massive project a joy to undertake. We are eternally grateful to Joe, Joe Sr. Todd, and Jr. for all of their beautiful work!We've run out of projects for them with this home...but keep thinking about building that rancher to take us into old age!! If we actually ever do it -- McGraw Contracting will be doing the build!

We used Party Party for my sons engagement party. The entire experience was amazing. They assisted me in creating a wonderful event. The Horse Trailer Bar was a big hit! Dr Scacia and Dr Gibson have both been very nice. My dog had leg surgery and everything went well. I'm back today to have stitches removed and I would have prefered to go in with my dog. It's rediculous. Time to move on from the masks that DO NOT prevent covid. It will all come out eventually. If you believe they work then people should be able to come in. Swan Creek and Churchville allow u in. U just wait in your car til your appt time. This is just very annoying and I'm over it! No one did this with the flu. That causes death also. Other then this it is a great veterinary clinic!

T.W Ellis recently completed a custom greenhouse build for the Harford Glen Environmental Education Center. The Greenhouse kit was purchased with grant funds and we had a very limited budget for installation. Tim Ellis graciously offered his team to install the Greenhouse at no charge for Harford Glen. The crew, headed up by Jimbo, were professional problem solvers as we ran into many missing and damaged parts in the delivered materials. Jimbo used common sense engineering and expertise to solve our problems. The entire T. W. Ellis team was patient and understanding as we worked through the missing and damaged parts. When correct parts did arrive , T.W. Ellis sent crews after hours and on weekends to keep the project going. The finished Greenhouse will now be enjoyed by countless 5th grade students who attend the Harford Glen outdoor education program. We sincerely thank the T.W.Ellis team for for their generous contribution to Harford Glen and the entire community which we serve.
I brought a gown to them to wear at my son’s wedding , a week before to have it hemmed ! It was a difficult dress to hem , I was told by another dry cleaner it would be hard to hem and expensive! That she would only do an alternative gown I had ! So I left and took it here , she was glad to do it for $35 less and it was finished early and beautifully done !! Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow! I was referred by my boyfriend’s daughter and I am incredibly pleased to say these girls are incredible! Best cuticle care I’ve had done in years! Gel polish all of the way to my cuticles. Color is nice and thin even with two clear base layers. Very impressive! I already scheduled a gel pedi and another gel mani in two weeks! Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

Krause Companies provides many services besides heating and air conditioning. We contracted them to complete a bathroom install. Good experience last night for child with walking pneumonia. Made an appointment so there was little wait time. They tested for ALL the things within a half hour or so. We were able to get antibiotics there, which was convenient because most pharmacies were closed again that time. Would go again.

My experience as a customer for the past year plus has been excellent. If you’re in the Bel Air area, ask for Jerome! He is our pest control specialist and is not only great at what he does, he is always extremely pleasant and efficient but thorough. He always comes for his visits within the window he says he will, and gives great tips that I wouldn’t have known about being a first-time homeowner. Jerome never tries to upsell me things I don’t need, but also makes clear what my options are. We’re happy customers!

At first I was kinda wary of them cause of some of the reviews. I tend to be over protective about my fur babies and only seek the best for them. My worry was quickly put aside when I entered, they made sure to communicate with me about step by step instructions on my fur babies medication and they answer all my questions and reassured me when I worried about their health. I’m not huge on leaving reviews but i felt that they were not given the credit they deserve. Yes, maybe it’s a tad bet more expensive, but let’s face it you pay for what you get. I STAND by my choice of picking them as my go to place for my babies. I completely trust them. I do advise you to ask about everything if your as worried as I am. I ask for a detailed receipt and always ask for a detailed health report and they ALWAYS help me. Some people I’ve noticed receive what they get. You can’t be RUDE to these lady’s and expect them to happily answer your questions. They are always sweet and caring and always give love to both of my dogs. I honestly can’t believe I was scared of being my dogs here cause of people lying and making a bias story that makes them seem as if they are in the right. I will honestly be forever grateful that they care a lot about easing my worries and caring for my pups health.
