I had such a great experience with Helms Electric. Bob arrived early, was professional, and fixed all three of my remote-control fans. He also replaced all the bulbs in my hallway ceiling flush lamps, which made such a difference. On top of that, he went out of his way to help me save money and shared helpful tips about the electrical panel in my older home. What impressed me most was his care and attention to detail like putting down a cover before setting up his ladder to keep things clean. Out of all the contractors I’ve hired since moving into my new old home, which has felt overwhelming at times, Bob has been the best. I highly recommend Helms Electric for anyone looking for quality, trustworthy electrical service.

Originally, I received a quote from Lowe’s for $3,500, but after doing my own research and comparing quality, I decided to go with Michael and his team — and I’m really happy I did.
They were incredibly professional and flexible with my timeline. I needed the installation done quickly since my dogs didn’t want to stay on the old carpet left by the previous owner, and Michael was able to schedule me in as soon as possible.
On installation day, they worked extremely hard. Even though they arrived a bit later than expected, they stayed until 7–8 PM to make sure everything was completed properly. I kept offering water and food, but they just kept working — very dedicated.
What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. I pointed out a concern about the transition line between two rooms, and they focused on it carefully to make sure it was as perfect as possible. The final result looks amazing.
Overall, their pricing is very reasonable, and the quality of work is truly top-notch. I couldn’t recommend Michael and his team more highly.
Our old support posts were rotting at the soil line. The Ingram Services team installed new posts on concrete bases, rebuilt the stairs, and installed new skirting. 4 months after completion, and we are very satisfied with the work.
There were some setbacks that delayed completion of the job, but we are happy with the end result. Would recommend Randy and his team for future work.

Country Comfort Kennels & Camp for Pets were able to fit us in for a day stay due to an unexpected house emergency. Everyone was super friendly from the first phone call through drop-off and pick-up. During the last 10 minutes of the car ride to board my two cats, one of them had a poop accident in their carrier. The staff at Country Comfort Kennels & Camp for Pets cleaned the carrier and my cat, knowing I wasn't able to enter my house for most of the day. They were very reassuring since this was the first time I had ever boarded my cats. They even offered to board my two cats overnight if needed, and they had everything they would need in case of a last-minute stay. Thank you for making our first stay an easier transition and for making a crazy morning and day less crazy. We will be returning in the near future. Thank you for the amazing care of my boys and great customer service.
We were having some plumbing issues, so we called for an emergency cleaning. Chris showed up within an hour or so. Not only did he go above and beyond cleaning our septic, but he also told us a trick that may fix our plumbing. We tried it and sure enough it did. Chris was very clear that he is in no way shape or form a plumber, but he genuinely cared about our situation and wanted to try to help. Cant say enough good things about Chris and Hall's. Sadly, its so rare that a company, muchless an employee wants to go the extra mile to do what's right. Hall's and Chris are a rare breed.
