A representative of the company came out and inspected my roof and determined that the issue was not the roofing but rather 4 pipe collars had dry rotted and were cracked and leaking. They quickly replaced the pipe collars and made a minor repair of the flashing around the fireplace. They did excellent work and were honest and fair. “Four Twelve Roofing has earned a customer for life in me.<br><br>When we bought our house last month, we were told the roof was brand new. Turns out, just the flat part was new and the slate shingles were ancient. Our homeowners insurance threatened to cancel on us if we didn't get the shingles replaced quickly.<br><br>The folks at Four Twelve Roofing took into account our short timeline, and worked with us to schedule the project as soon as possible. They also provided the lowest estimate out of all the roofers we spoke to, and were willing to do some research to bring that estimate even lower to help ensure it was less of a financial burden on us. They also offered financing if we needed it.<br><br>When the roofers actually came and started the project, they were efficient while still ensuring quality. At one point I happened to see them noting a small defect in one of the materials they brought and they made sure to cut it off and use only what was in good condition. Additionally, at the end of each day they were working on the project, they made sure to clean up after themselves with great care - they even swept the dust off of my neighbors' porches!<br><br>The project was completed right on time (our insurance is no longer being cancelled hooray) and the final cost was pretty much spot-on with the estimate they'd provided previously.
