Bethany's posture therapy is incredibly effective. She is very knowledgeable about the body and how each muscle interacts with each other. She can also identify which muscles are not firing like they should or which muscles are overcompensating or lack there of. In just three sessions she was able to help my posture, pain caused by bursitis and my gate. Thank you Bethany! This was an amazing experience and I look forward to more sessions in the future.

i know mr. Alvarez since 2013 when I had serious problem with my “ maid knee “ . As the last result I decided to take acupuncture . Several treatments later I could walk without fear to fell. My knee was as it never hurt. I left Maryland for several years and came back to Maryland, I went back to Mr. Alvarez, who since moved from Rockville, MD , closer to my place of living. I am now taking treatments for my back pain and some other health problems . I feel so much better, pain free and able to walk long walks which I love. The best experience I have had with acupuncture. Joao takes a detailed intake in order to truly treat the whole body. His extensive knowledge of herbal medicine is a huge benefit as well. Relaxing environment, great results, would highly recommend.
