If you deal with chronic pain and need relief or just want to relax, Elements Massage is the place to go. All staff members I've encountered are always friendly, the place is extremely clean and peaceful, easy to make appointments whether online or over the phone. Nothing against physical therapy at actual physical therapy locations, however, from personal experience, they only work on that "one" area of the body that was "injured." Not at Elements Massage; the therapist at Elements Massage will explain how "this" part of the body actually can affect another part of the body and will work with you in regards to getting the best results. I couldn't more highly recommend anywhere else for therapeutic massage. I've been going to Elements for quite a few years and they have maintained a consistently high quality service and environment. Always professional, courteous and friendly. I always look forward to my appointments. My therapist Rich has become part of my integrative health care and am grateful for the work he does. Appointments fill up pretty far in advance so my only wish would be more available appointments when I may need something sooner.

Lois is a very good therapist. She was very good at addressing areas I have had chronic problems with. She also handled the area I store my ptsd stress and memories very well removing pain without any major traumatic sparks. She also addressed areas I did not mention that she knew would have pain due to my career. I definitely feel as if I can continue my daily functions without burn out. My massage felt very long as I could not tell how much time was passing by. One of the most healing in the moment massages I have had in a long time. ?
