“Bethany's posture therapy is incredibly effective. She is very knowledgeable about the body and how each muscle interacts with each other. She can also identify which muscles are not firing like they should or which muscles are overcompensating or lack there of. In just three sessions she was able to help my posture, pain caused by bursitis and my gate. Thank you Bethany! This was an amazing experience and I look forward to more sessions in the future.“
