“I'll first start I went to pain management on Tuesday could barley walk. Doctor told me to get a nerve block. Office made apt on Friday. When I got home i realized I didn't have anyone to watch my mom and dogs so I call 10 times to try and change my apt from Friday to Thursday. To no avail. Someone finally called me on Thursday afternoon. By this time I took drastic measures to have someone here on Friday to sit with my mom. Show up at the surgery center and at this point I can barely walk. Im waiting for them to put in my Iv for sedation because I have PTSD from previous procedures I had done in the 90,s I did everything and anything to bring me relief. I was informed they don't do sedation on Fridays. And they had me down for some type of epidural. Nothing was as it was supposed to be but I need relief. I did it. I screamed I cried. But I did it. Now I just need to calm my mind. And pray that I get relief. I dont do Reviews ever. But I feel the need to vent. Either call center or brick and mortar bldgs need to pay for more people to answer phones and return calls. This all could have been avoided.“
