“I've had degenerative disc issues and lower back issues for years due to impact sports such as basketball, softball and running. I am very good about doing exercises to keep the vertebrae separated, hamstrings and hips stretched, etc..... But when Sciatica pain arose, no exercises seemed to work. A friend suggested I try acupuncture with a Chinese trained acupuncturist specifically. I had 3 appts with Dr. Fang and didn't really think it was working so I took a break.
