Bethany is a well informed massage therapist, with effective methods to realign the body for overall balance and ease. If you're serious about your self care, I highly recommend sessions with her.

Before seeing Bethany, I was in a lot of pain in my shoulders and back. Her posture therapy helped do away with my pain. I feel so much better after seeing her. Bethany is very easy to talk and work with. Would totally recommend see her for posture therapy or massage.

Bethany Mahaffey provides an integrative approach to the body! She is a wealth of knowledge combining postural alignment, movement, and massage. I would highly recommend her instructional videos and booking a few sessions with her!
