“Kristen did an amazing job cutting my hair. My long layers were blended so well. I’m so grateful she cut the perfect amount so my hair is healthy but still as long as possible. She is very kind and really took the time to make sure I was happy with everything. I also got a root color to cover my greys and an all over gloss and I love the color. I wanted close to my natural color and she nailed it. She also recommended the L’Oréal Professional Metal Detox shampoo which I purchased from the salon since I was experiencing dry ends and tangles no matter what I did. I’m happy I listened to her recommendation because my hair has never felt so soft and shiny. The photo I attached is with no flash in natural light after I washed and dried my hair myself 2 days after I got it done. Kristen is very knowledgeable in hair care and I’m very grateful I found her! :)”
