“Ergeon was communicative and timely with my initial consultation and fence installation, and did quality work at a good price. A few weeks after the installation, I started having issues with the latch on the gate not closing all the way or locking, seemingly misaligned from the gate shifting. It took repeated outreach over several months for Ergeon to finally respond and repair the gate, which I was not able to lock/secure during that time. I finally got a response from a manager, who was helpful in getting the issue resolved quickly, having the installers replace the entire gate to ensure everything aligned and leaving enough space for the lock to work correctly after normal shifting as the new wood settles. The delay and lack of response were frustrating, but the manager took responsibility for the mistake and made it right, which I appreciate.”
