The company offers a range of options for clients, with extra patience and attention given to those with homeowners association (HOA) approvals. Freedom were professional and consultative from the quote to the installation. They worked with us to find solutions for a CHAP permit home and were communicative throughout the process. The installation was quick and done right the first time. The crew showed up on time and their work was thorough and clean and well communicated. The three gentlemen who performed the work are masters at their craft. Their attention to detail exceeded expectations. The installation process was efficient and professional. Customers were very pleased and will definitely use them again.
Freedom did a great job building my new fence and deck. The project was a little tricky given the dimensions of the space. But they coordinated and made it happen. It looks great and I have already gotten compliments from neighbors!
I don’t have much to compare this experience with, but I can say that this company seems to have everything going for it. Super nice owners, they treat their employees fairly, they have great communication, and they do fantastic work! This was my first major home renovation, but I sincerely hope every team I work with is as flexible, clear, on time, and delivers the same quality. Ours was a small job, so it didn’t take them too long to do. They communicated any set backs and even let me make some minor requests and ask questions while they were doing the fence install. Our experience with Freedom Fence went very well. Their sales guy came out quickly, was very professional and was always available to answer all questions. They took care of permits and when the project began, the install team arrived early and completed the fence install in one day. They did a great job!
