“When my daughter and sister first came to the funeral home to make arrangements for my son after his sudden passing, they unfortunately had a difficult experience with Maurice. We were already well aware of the pricing and understood the costs involved. What was most disappointing was the condescending manner in which they felt they were treated during an already heartbreaking and overwhelming time.
When I later came in with my daughter, we had a completely different and much better experience. I explained that, because of what my daughter had experienced, I did not feel comfortable finalizing my son’s stone with Maurice. We were then assisted by Tiffany, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her.
Tiffany was compassionate, patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. She treated us with kindness and respect during one of the most difficult times our family has ever experienced. When you are making arrangements for your child who has suddenly passed away, you need someone who understands that you are not simply making purchases or decisions—you are grieving and trying to honor someone you love deeply.
Tiffany made a very difficult process easier for us, and we are truly grateful for the compassion she showed our family. She is an asset to the funeral home, and I sincerely appreciate the way she treated us with such care and dignity.
