The staff displayed a caring, comforting and patient disposition. Their instructions to the mourners were giving in a compassionate, non-intrusive, way. The facility was clean, and the temperature was cool and consistent. Their audio/visual equipment is well maintained.
The folks at Beall went above and beyond in making sure that my family was taken care of during a very difficult time. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained, and they took the time to make sure they understood our needs. They made several accommodations for religious rites and were constantly making efforts to ensure that things ran smoothly.
