“Kitchen renovation with updated powder room and new flooring throughout. Our renovation included remodeling a 30-year-old kitchen and removing a wall and adding windows. All new cabinets, counter tops, ceiling, paint, drywall work, plumbing and electrical were moved.This was a big undertaking. From the first contact with Marirose, to the consultation with John and the construction crew in the house, Remodeling Wizards of Maryland are always professional, personable and kind. Further, the bid and contract are easy to understand with no hidden fees or missing work-orders. Though the project took one week longer than estimated, we were always informed about any delays.All general contractors use sub-contractors for certain jobs. With Remodeling Wizards of Maryland, these subs (plumbing and electrical) are also fully bonded and insured and held to the same high standard all employees are expected to maintain.Why we choose to hire them again and again? We are extremely happy with Great Eastern and with the quality of all the work done by the crews that came through, for the plumbing, the mold remediation, and the rebuild work. “We have used Misha and his team for several projects, including our most recent enormous project of adding a two-story, 3 bedroom, one bathroom addition to the back of our house. Not only did they do an incredible job, they finished about three weeks sooner than originally anticipated.
