Kalev has completed two large projects for us, a master bathroom and a guest bathroom conversion to a wet room. The master bathroom was a complete demolition and rebuild of a large area, including electrical and ceiling work, as well as floor and fixtures. He did an amazing job and came up with a number of solutions and suggestions to make a great space and to save money on materials. We have been very pleased with both bathroom and highly recommend Kalev.
My elderly mother just had her leg amputated and after physical therapy she would be hone in 2 weeks. Getting the house ready for a senior in a wheelchair on a few weeks notice is quite a task , the biggest one being a full remodel of her master bath to accommodate her handicap/wheelchair. Good luck finding a contractor and finish the remodel in 2 weeks. During the estimate after hearing what we needed then the time frame, kel didn't speak for quite some time and I could see his brain churning. Kalev and his team were fantastic! From the start, they were on time, showed up when they said they would, and remained on track with the original schedule. Job was refurbishing a 250 sq ft porch. Both the tile and drywall work were on point. Straight grout lines, no drywall seams. The team was very meticulous, professional, and cleaned up when they were finished. All in all, the experience was wonderful and I highly recommend Kalev, he is our new go-to home reno guy.
