“Gaithersburg Costco Hearing Aid Center - Are they really good? Unbelievably TRUE! Have had hearing problems since childhood. For several years, struggled to hear clearly across large conference tables during office meetings. Silly me, did not like the concept of using a hearing aid. Finally, the time came when I was forced to buy them. My ENT doctor's office did all the tests and said it would cost only around $6000! Really? I'll remain deaf. Very quickly realized Costco not only sells hearing aids but also MAINTAINS them for FREE!!! That's the ultimate customer service!!! The audiologist took me through all the details, did not suggest way too expensive aids but reasonably priced (REXTON for around $1500 I think), helped install and setup Rexton App on my iPhone, and walked me through the App usage. And then, once every few months, I go to Costco to clean and maintain my hearing aids for FREE! Does not cost a penny. A week ago, one of my hearing aids stopped working. Costco replaced all the parts that I accidentally mishandled. I requested and they also cleaned my hearing aids as well. All for $0. It's been over 4 years since I purchased my hearing aids from Gaithersburg Costco. Couldn't imagine asking for anything better. The team is very friendly as well.“
