This VW has amazingly kind and helpful staff and offers incredible eye exams using phenomenal equipment. In addition to the usual tests, I have a detailed picture of my (super healthy) optic nerve. I'm delighted to have found this place. Highly recommend!

I started going to Visionworks in Ellicott City last year, shortly after they opened. Ethan helped me on my first visit and made quite an impression. I returned several times after I picked up my glasses because I needed them adjusted. I was never made to feel like a bother or an inconvenience like I'd experienced at my previous VW store. Ethan has moved on, and I've been working with Alexis. She is pleasant, professional, and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make sure I'm a satisfied customer. All of the employees at this location are awesome. I don't know all of their names, but the employees at this location are absolutely assets to your company.

This visit was my first and I was very impressed. Everyone was so nice, especially Taleya Jarrett! She was sweet and patient and really helped me to pick out my favorite frames out of so many!! ?❤️
