My specialist, Rochelle, was ready for me right away. She explained everything at every moment. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, checking in every now and again to make sure I was okay. I got the Water Me Experience with a facial and a silk press as an add-on. The head spa was amazing! The products she used felt really great on my hair and scalp. Her massage techniques were so soothing, I almost fell asleep. The facial was a really nice touch. She also trimmed my hair prior to my silk press. I love the end result! I can’t wait to come back!“
