“In the last couple of months I lost two of my sweet fur babies, the staff at Tidewater were very caring and compassionate. It made losing my babies bearable. Both of my babies were chronically sick which is never an easy thing to find out or deal with but the staff answered all of my questions and educated me a lot on animal health. Losing a pet is never easy and to me the hardest part is right after when you’re emotionally stuck and don’t know what to do next, but the staff made my family feel seen and heard. I sincerely thank the staff for being understanding and supportive in my family’s time of grief.“

“The staff at St. Charles Animal Hospital is amazing. My dog has been having a few issues over the past several months and they have gone above and beyond to ensure he is being cared for. To include follow up emails and phone calls to check on his progress and to ensure he is getting better. This past weekend however I had to unexpectedly bring him back in and he was able to be seen Dr. Siskovich and the vet tech Katelyn. The amount of time and care they put into checking him out and giving me the best answers they could was amazing. They gave us several resources to make sure he is able to get the care he needs for his issues. There is no doubt in my mind that they truly care for the animals they see and do their very best to make sure the clients are taken care of. I cannot express how grateful I am for them and their compassion they showed towards me and my pup. The front office staff is also very engaging, and encouraging with your pets health and are extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend them for the best care for your pet!“
