I will first start out with WOW!!!! From the initial conversation with Mr. Van Dalen to the completion of the project, I could not be any more satisfied. This amazing company was referred to me by a family member and of course, like most people I read the reviews and thought that I was going to give them a call just to get a feel about the company and how business is done. I am very proud to say that my OCD and sometimes unreasonable high standards was not even close to the work that was performed, and the price made me feel like I was doing something wrong and should be punished. After the incredible job was completed and the meticulous installers ensured that everything was absolutely perfect they asked if there is anything else they can do to ensure that I knew what to do to take care of the structure. I called Nick (the owner) to satisfy my invoice and I insisted that he add an additional 40 dollars to my bill 20 for each technician. To my complete and unexpected surprise, Nick stated that he will not increase my invoice and will pay out of his pocket for the tip. I pleaded with him to let me tip these wonderful young men and just to ensure that I was completely happy, he lowered my bill by 40 more dollars just to cover the additional expense that I insisted upon, what company does that!!!!!! Five stars is a disgrace to give this company because look up in the sky and send every star that you see to Van Dalen Industries in Southern Maryland and it still would not be enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Austin from the Oakville store delivered and planted 10 grasses and did an excellent job. He left the area clean and did the plantings quickly. They look beautiful! He also gave us instructions for how often and much to water the plantings. The young lady who I ordered the plants from was also very efficient in takong and scheduling the order.
We recently completed our second project with Craft - this time our master bathroom and bedroom bar. We had another fantastic experience and the results exceeded our expectations… again. Michael was great to work with and the entire process was so collaborative. We had input throughout and worked side by side to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. No surprises on cost or timing, and not them telling us what had to be done. Daily collaboration with us to deliver exactly what we hoped. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
Our fence by Massey Fences came out better than I imagined. The whole process was convenient, and Mr. Massey was responsive to emails/texts. His professionalism and patience shown through while we worked with our HOA ARB to compromise on a product and location. We needed several variations of the quotes, and even though it took several months to get final HOA approval, Mr. Massey still honored fall/winter pricing. The install took two days to complete. Massey Fences is a quality company, and you can expect honest work with a beautiful product.
From beginning to end, they were great. friendly, very affordable, top-notch people to deal with. Very pleased with end product.

The therapists have given us insight into our child’s specific needs and proved to be truly life changing. (for our little, and our family as a whole) if I could go back & only choose one thing, occupational therapy would be the choice.
Mrs. Noelle has been in tune with our child, noticed things no one else knew about, and led us down other informative pathways over the years to better understand & support development. Other professionals, doctors, and teachers have even complimented her work whenever we share reports or things we learned during therapy. We were able to avoid ABA completely by using a well informed OT, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcomes after 4 years of progress.
In the last couple of months I lost two of my sweet fur babies, the staff at Tidewater were very caring and compassionate. It made losing my babies bearable. Both of my babies were chronically sick which is never an easy thing to find out or deal with but the staff answered all of my questions and educated me a lot on animal health. Losing a pet is never easy and to me the hardest part is right after when you’re emotionally stuck and don’t know what to do next, but the staff made my family feel seen and heard. I sincerely thank the staff for being understanding and supportive in my family’s time of grief.
