“I had a procedure at Potomac Hillcrest Clinic on 6/5/26, and I wanted to leave an honest review because I almost didn’t choose this clinic due to some of the reviews I read online.

Before my appointment, I was extremely nervous. I’m someone who takes reviews seriously and always tries to leave accurate feedback based on my own experiences. After reading several negative reviews, I almost canceled and went with Planned Parenthood instead since I’ve been there before. The only reason I decided to keep my appointment at Potomac Hillcrest was because they offer sedation. Planned Parenthood was less expensive, but during my previous procedure there I was awake, and while it was manageable, it was still somewhat painful. I wasn’t looking forward to going through that experience again.

The day of my appointment, I arrived for my 10:00 AM appointment. I will be honest, the clinic was very busy and packed that day. I waited approximately 3 to 4 hours before my procedure. While waiting, the only thing that really bothered me was the lack of air conditioning in the waiting room. Being pregnant, I was uncomfortable and felt hot for a while before my body adjusted to the temperature.

Once I was taken to the back, the environment was much more comfortable. The procedure area was cool, clean, and professional. I was put to sleep, and before I knew it, everything was over.

What stood out the most to me was the staff. Every person I encountered was kind, professional, patient, and genuinely compassionate. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and cared for. They provided water, medication to help with pain, and even some delicious cookies afterward. Small gestures like that meant a lot during a stressful day.

I truly appreciate everyone at this clinic for taking care of me and showing kindness not only to me but to the other patients as well. My experience was positive overall.

To any women considering this clinic: don’t let the reviews scare you away. This clinic is legitimate, professional, clean, and very accommodating to patients’ needs. I’m glad I chose Potomac Hillcrest, and I want to thank the entire staff again for helping me through a difficult day.“

“The best medical team! I gave birth to my daughter here in October 2025 and my medical team was amazing! I delivered my 2nd born here in 2021 and both times it was amazing. I have to give a special S/O to my nurse SiSi who was with me pretty much my whole labor and delivery experience, and SiSi you felt like family and made me feel at peace when my family had to leave to tend to my older kids. I can’t forget these amazing ladies Alex & Tiana who was with me when I first got to the hospital and my blood pressure was high and even though I was laughing on the outside I was nervous on the inside and they made me feel safe and at ease. My overnight nurse Ms.Rochelle who had me laughing all night and was a complete joy! I can’t forget my postpartum nurses Ms.Pat, Ms. Jhoseline, Ms. Karyln, Abi, as well as Danlette, Sarah, & Katie. Thank you all for taking care of me and my daughter and helping me have a safe, and wonderful labor & delivery as well as postpartum experience. If you wonderful ladies see this, I haven’t forgotten to bring y’all chick-fil-a ? I will be making a visit very soon to drop off my thank you gifts! ?“
