I had a telemedicine appointment that I had not heard from anyone for over two hours. I had called 4 times over those two hours and continued to be told someone would call. I scheduled an appointment a month before this. Somehow my appointment was moved to a different day and I was marked as a no show. I was never notified. I’m high risk and can’t even get them to see me.

I would rate this place a -5 stars if possible. After undergoing several surgeries, this experience was the most traumatic due to the negligence I faced, which nearly cost me my life; I stopped breathing multiple times and experienced uncontrollable shaking upon waking from an allergic reaction to the medication. I strongly recommend seeking a different gynecology office, as this one lacks empathy and seems more interested in prescribing medications than in patient care. I have been going here for the past couple years and these women here really make you feel like a you're a part of the family. So pleasant from the time you arrive at the counter and the Dr's are excellent. I couldn't think of a better place to come to that will help keep my lady parts functioning lol....Thank you ladies!!!!!
