I had a procedure at Potomac Hillcrest Clinic on 6/5/26, and I wanted to leave an honest review because I almost didn’t choose this clinic due to some of the reviews I read online.
Before my appointment, I was extremely nervous. I’m someone who takes reviews seriously and always tries to leave accurate feedback based on my own experiences. After reading several negative reviews, I almost canceled and went with Planned Parenthood instead since I’ve been there before. This morning I was scared about having local anesthesia for my termination, because of the pain circumstances. Nurse name Annie held my hand throughout the termination process and kept saying to me“ you are doing a great job! Keep it up” Which had taking my mind off the pain and what was going on. The doctor was also encouraging and talked me through and my nerves were at ease. My experience at Hillcrest on Baltimore national pike, suite #600 was good.
I was not a patient but someone close to me was. When going through such a scary experience, the nurses here were nothing but kind, attentive and understanding. Very professional and empathetic. HUGE shoutout to Denise!! She went above and beyond for us in so many different ways. she’s a literal angel on earth.
