This is a large 1900’s DC house (about 5000 sq. Ft) that has original straight pine and heart of pine wood floors. They were in dirty damaged condition. He made them relive their history. He repaired many areas and did the best possible. One area where the subfloors buckled he completely changed the hardwood.“
