We had an excellent experience refinishing our floors with Alex. He was punctual, experienced, detail oriented and gave us a very good price compared to other quotes. He is reactive to any concerns and goes beyond what was expected. They worked quickly and left areas clean. The house use was empty and already fully painted. He was careful with paint. This is a large 1900’s DC house (about 5000 sq. Ft) that has original straight pine and heart of pine wood floors. They were in dirty damaged condition. He made them relive their history. He repaired many areas and did the best possible. One area where the subfloors buckled he completely changed the hardwood.

I highly recommend AD Floors for all your flooring needs. From the beginning of our interactions, Alex was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He provided me a fair estimate of work ( I received 3 estimates from other contractors) and was understanding of my need to restore the flooring in my home. I am throughly pleased with his work. Timely, efficient and responsive to all my concerns. The floors look and feel lighter and brighter in my home! A thank you will never be enough.

The service was very good. The prices were reasonable. They enthusiastically added an additional space on the day of service. The staff was efficient and professional. They did great work, and cleaned up very well.

I would use them again for any similar work.
