Highly recommend this store and the employee Damien. My product was discontinued and there had been an issue with my order which hadn't been picked. Damien came through and helped me out at the last minute and really went above and beyond to get the last boxes.

Blind customer: I visited this location 2 to 3 times searching for flooring. Mark was extremely helpful and patient. He assisted in helping me identify flooring options and matching the color I was looking for. I found staff were willing to meet my accommodation needs as a person living with blindness. I recommend the store for their excellent customer service!

How do I explain these 4 stars... let's see. My last two experiences were with online pickup. Unfortunately, these two instances were so bad, they truly deserve only one or two stars max. From the long long long wait (even though it was a scheduled pickup and there was no one on front of me), to the lack of assistance when loading... it was a remarkably awful experience. However, the store itself has an amazing selection, friendly cashier, easy returns. Generally speaking, I love this store, but someone has got to fix the disastrous pickup department. And this review is based on experiences at three different locations.
