As part of our stone purchase for an outdoor kitchen project, I contacted the Capitol Heights location regarding inventory and pricing that had already been honored by other Floor & Decor stores.
My initial conversation was with Kirtley the manager, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience at all. The manner in which the entire conversation was handled felt as though I was being given a difficult time. The discussion became unnecessarily frustrating and unproductive. LeeSel was incredibly helpful in helping me choose the perfect tiles for my pool house bathrooms. She was knowledgeable, patient, and had a great eye for design. Her recommendations made the entire process easy and stress-free. I’m very happy with the final selection and would highly recommend asking for LeeSel if you visit Floor & Decor!
After what seemed like an eternity of walking back and forth, trying to figure out what would work for our new bathroom, finally Leesel appeared. She looked at our inspo picture, the things we already picked out and pulled everything together within a matter of minutes. Our only complaint is that she didn't find us faster ;)
