We appreciate how caring the Doctors and technicians are. I also really appreciate how kind and accommodating the person at the front desk is. There have been times I needed to cancel an appointment due to my cat escaping, and you have been very understanding. One gesture that showed me that you care was when I could not bring my cat's stool sample promptly, and the Dr. just gave me a new container so I could collect it whenever possible since I had already paid for it. I love my pets as they are part of our family, and I feel so thankful that I live a 3-minute drive from your practice. It means a lot knowing your team is there when we need help.“

“Our puppy at 5 months old fractured her tibial turberosity and Skylos was the first recommended surgery clinic on the list from our vet. I am so happy we put our faith into Dr. Kennedy and the staff at Skylos, they have been nothing but wonderful and knowledgable. They always remember our pup when we’ve brought her in for rechecks since. We are 6-weeks post-op and couldn’t be happier with the results of our Regi girl’s surgery and care. They made a very stressful situation so much easier for us to manage with their guidance. Surgery isn’t something everyone can afford, so I totally recommend pet insurance! Our surgery was 5k total (including medications, follow up appts) and insurance covered 4k.

“My dog Rodeo injured/tore his CCL. I called many vet offices in the area, and Jefferson came back with a reasonable estimate quote for surgery. Plus, they were able to accommodate him the fastest for a consult. Another vet office couldn't even fit him in for a consult for over two months.

He wasn't a good candidate for surgery due to age and Kidney disease, but I get a monthly pain shot for him. The vet we saw was very helpful and informative. My boy is now able to climb steps on his own and has been managing much better.“

“I really wanted to say I’ve only had one experience with this vet, but I’m so so glad they were the ones who helped us. We very unexpectedly lost one of our cats of 14 years a week ago. I called this vet in hysterics right after I found him because we didn’t know what to do and they’re basically in our backyard. The women on the phone and in the office were simply amazing. Myself, my son, and husband were beside ourselves and basically nonstop bawling because we had just found our cat not even 10 minutes before we stepped into their office. The process even though not expected was smooth. Less than a week after he passed we received his paw print in a very nice box with a picture frame on top and his ashes were in a wooden box that was engraved with his name and a picture frame as well. So. All in all thank you we sincerely appreciated it and want to pass our thanks you to the ladies working on 9/04 right before close it really meant a whole lot to us, thank you. ❤️“

“McClellan is the only place I found in Frederick that can issue International Health Certificates for pet travel. The price was very very reasonable, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They understand how stressful it can be to obtain the certificate, especially considering it's only valid for 7 days before travel, including potential USDA delays. I really appreciate all their help!

Dr. Kellogg was very patient and knowledgeable about the requirements and timelines for the international health certificate. This process took about 6 months, from the initial vaccine to the final examination and USDA endorsement. He even tracked recent changes that took effect just two weeks before my travel. Thanks to Dr. Kellogg and the team, I got the certificate on time and was able to bring my cat overseas without any issues!“
