It is a mixed review I write for CARE. Let's start with the good parts. Once your animal is being taken care of by the folks at CARE, the veterinarians are very adept at their job, and they do an excellent job communicating everything to you. They have detailed reports they can share with you in print and in email, they are wiling to talk to you on the phone and in person, and they will make themselves available whenever possible. The facility itself is two parts. For the people, there are half a dozen rooms, and you wait in a room until you get the information about your animal. Incredibly kind staff. Bad reviews about money, but it is an ER and I am not sure what people expect. Doctor was kind and had a lot of knowledge. I did have a small wait, but so did the other ERs that I called
i cant say enough about this place i was shocked to read the bad review- they were so nice so caring and we above and beyond for my baby and my family. im guessing that the staff has changed because everyone was so sweet-i think the girl was amy she even held me and cried with me as we put my sweet baby to sleep!!!! 5 stars all the way! thank you care for everything the beards
