This is the second time we left our dog in their care, this time for a week. They have a wonderful facility and the staff are amazing. Greenbrier is caring and responsible to our pet and to our family.

We board our pup here and they always make the experience as painless and smooth as possible. I love that they handle all needed testing and vaccination on premises! If I had one suggestion, I really wish that they would implement a service to get a daily report or pics of our dog while boarded.

GPR is the best! I just read a review about thier outrageous prices and quite frankly, our experience has been the exact opposite? And, as a matter of fact, when we picked up our pooch (Rock) following his last stay, we were refunded an entire day based on the time that we arrived, how great was that! I know that there will always be people that will complain, nit pick, bash, etc. ... but our experiences have been nothing less than superb! Our pooch isnt the friendliest, but he has grown to feel comfortable with the staff, and they are more comfortable with him. I would recommend GPR to anyone! They send reminders, they will work with you to find the best possible solution...read full review
