Our sliding glass door was installed in 2012 by another siding and roofing company in Bowie, everything fine til the lock became loose and failed in July. I contacted that company and while they were helpful in obtaining us the replacement lock for purchase, I never heard back from them (4 phone calls and a text seeking to hire them to replace it).
