“I called Belair Appliance Repair on a Friday evening as my dishwasher had stopped working (could hear water flow/draining, but the water wasn't making it up to the racks/dishes). I left a message, figuring I wouldn't hear back until Monday. But Chris called me back Saturday morning around 11:15. He asked a few questions, and said he'd be in the area on another call, and would come by between 1pm and 3pm. Sure enough, he showed up on the early side of the time window, and after running some tests, was able to diagnose the problem as a stripped motor shaft (meaning the motor ran, but the "propellers" didn't turn or spray water). He had a replacement in his truck, and made the repair. It might have taken a little over an hour all told, and the Dishwasher is good as new. The cost was very reasonable, especially for a short notice weekend call. I'm highly satisfied with the work, professionalism, and cost. I wouldn't hesitate to call/use Belair Appliance Repair again.“
