Luis and his partner were responsive about making an initial appointment and visit to advise on whether and how to install a heat pump. However, his website doesn't work and he never responded with a proposal after his visit, despite a couple of follow-ups from me, and his promise that he would deliver such proposal.
My experience with Luis has been amazing!Do not hire anyone else but this company.I had another company conduct a diagnostic to my AC unit and they told me that my motor wasn't working, when I replaced it last year, and my quote was $585. I hired Luis and he told me that nothing was wrong with my motor. He did inform me that the fan was installed backwards so he began working and flipped the fan around. I also asked what other services he offered, and he checked my electrical outlets that was sticking out. He quickly fixed that issue and it looked as if nothing happened. Once he was done with the AC, the house started to cool down.Luis is a professional and knows exactly… read full review
I want to highly recommend Luis and his brother of Air Quality Technology Inc. My heating unit stopped working Wednesday night and the first person on site, One hour air conditioning and heating, diagnosed a heat kit panel failure and offered to fix it for over $1,200.00. With the help of yelp and google, I found Luis, called the company up, spoke to their representative. Luis called me right back. He came the next day to diagnose a faulty circuit breaker, shortcut it in front of me to prove his diagnosis and left and came back that same evening to replace the part. Total cost labor and part was less than a 1/3rd of one hour quote. He also took care of rerouting the humidifier connection that should have been separated from the main unit as it runs on a different voltage. He suspected that's what had ultimately cause the circuit breaker to fail. I understand that some companies are trying to attract you into their service plan and jack up the repair cost, but I am glad they are still honest small businesses out there. I will be using Luis from now on and I hope you give them a chance as well.
