Rarely do I have time to write a review but feel compelled to share how great the service people are at this company particularly, Ms. Crystal Little in the office and John Simons on the road. It is also rare to have the front line people care enough to respond quickly and follow through like we experienced on several occasions over the years. Crystal, you deserve praise and a RAISE and if you ever need a job and the timing is right, you are HIRED. The company overall is excellent in my opinion with pricing and their very rapid response. I called again and explained to Hannah that I needed maintenance service on my a/c immediately and had been told that the earliest appt available was a month and a half away and she immediately made an appointment for the next day. Bernard came and fixed my a/c. I am sorry that I did night get the name of the original Cropp-Metcalfe employee who made the August 17th appt, but if she can be identified from their records, she needs to be fired!
