I've been buying Oxbox equipment from them and so far I like this new Oxbox brand. And Kingswell has good pricing on it. They also have plenty of other stuff to when it comes to HVAC equipment but overall I have to give these guys a five star because these units have been selling for me when other units dont. And it's because the price is good and quality should be there since oxbox is made by Trane right? Best deal on hvac equipment is definitely Kingswell!

Always top notch service from Kingswell. Counter Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and Helpful. Customer Service Reps are Friendly with each call. Usually they have everything we need in stock... Occasionally, parts have to be ordered, but that is the nature of the industry. They are always clear and give realistic time frames.
