The young techs who assist patients with exercises and post work-out ice packs are, to a person, helpful and friendly.
Gold Medal provides private treatment rooms as well. Highly recommend.“

“Lauren is wonderful. She's quiet, kind, and attentive. She asks where your problem areas are and focuses there. She's not afraid to ask if you'd like to try something different. She offered cupping for me and I feel it made a bit of a difference in the massage. If you've decided to have a quiet day, then she'll just do her job and let you be. If you want to chat, she'll chat. Highly recommend.“

“I have been going to R4 Wellness for a few years now. It is truly a wellness spot. The facility is beautiful and always sparkling clean and creatively decorated for the seasons. The vibe is very pleasant and relaxing. I have tried all services at R4 and have always left the spa feeling relaxed and glowing.Susan does the most amazing facials. She is an expert in skincare and curates her own products with the most effective ingredients (not water as the first/primary ingredient). Her seasonal facials are carefully planned to have a specific purpose and I almost always choose the seasonal facial. I religiously go every month because missing a month makes me sad. I have done a custom facial which is always an option if you don't care for a flavor or scent in seasonal facial. I've gotten lots of facials and Susan's facials & products are second to none.I have been receiving acupuncture services from Bradley for quite a while now. Bradley is very attentive to his patients and takes the time to get to know them to address any medical issues. He is thorough and empathetic. I have had acupuncture in several facilities and I trust Bradley with my care.I haven't written this review sooner because I wanted to make sure I had all my appointments scheduled for the remainder of the year. It's not that it's hard to get evening appointments, but I guess I am just greedy and wanted to have my services scheduled. I have recommended several of my friends to this wellness center and we all love Susan and her spa, team, services and products!“

She is very professional and you could tell she knows her craft.
