Table with adjustable heat to your preference. I never know whether to talk or stay quiet or a little bit of both and Charity makes you comfortable either way. Massages are excellent, just the right amount of pressure and focus on areas of concern. Always looking forward to the next visit.“

“I have been going to R4 Wellness for a few years now. It is truly a wellness spot. The facility is beautiful and always sparkling clean and creatively decorated for the seasons. The vibe is very pleasant and relaxing. I have tried all services at R4 and have always left the spa feeling relaxed and glowing.Susan does the most amazing facials. She is an expert in skincare and curates her own products with the most effective ingredients (not water as the first/primary ingredient). Her seasonal facials are carefully planned to have a specific purpose and I almost always choose the seasonal facial. I religiously go every month because missing a month makes me sad. I have done a custom facial which is always an option if you don't care for a flavor or scent in seasonal facial. I've gotten lots of facials and Susan's facials & products are second to none.I have been receiving acupuncture services from Bradley for quite a while now. Bradley is very attentive to his patients and takes the time to get to know them to address any medical issues. He is thorough and empathetic. I have had acupuncture in several facilities and I trust Bradley with my care.I haven't written this review sooner because I wanted to make sure I had all my appointments scheduled for the remainder of the year. It's not that it's hard to get evening appointments, but I guess I am just greedy and wanted to have my services scheduled. I have recommended several of my friends to this wellness center and we all love Susan and her spa, team, services and products!“

While working on my neck, Paiton asked if I grind my teeth because she could tell from the tension. This shocked me because I just got a night guard a few weeks prior!
