“I am not one to leave reviews often but my first experience here was out of this world. I booked a 90 minute prenatal massage for my first ever visit to why knot and had booked it with Tamara. First impression Tamara was warm and made me feel so welcomed, especially with my nerves and going to a new place for the first time. She took the time to figure out what I specifically needed, and as soon as she got to work I was amazed. Throughout the entire massage you could tell she knew what she was doing and is very experienced. I was very relaxed throughout the entire process and she made sure (me being 6 months pregnant) I was comfortable throughout the entire massage. I have visited several different places pre pregnancy and during and yes the other places were great but nothing stood out to me where I knew I just had to come back until I went here. I have already booked another prenatal massage with Tamara and I will be booking with why knot throughout the rest of my pregnancy as well as after! If you are looking for a place to really wow you this is it. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. It's welcoming, clean, and very professional. I cannot wait for my next massage!“

“I have been going to R4 Wellness for a few years now. It is truly a wellness spot. The facility is beautiful and always sparkling clean and creatively decorated for the seasons. The vibe is very pleasant and relaxing. I have tried all services at R4 and have always left the spa feeling relaxed and glowing.Susan does the most amazing facials. She is an expert in skincare and curates her own products with the most effective ingredients (not water as the first/primary ingredient). Her seasonal facials are carefully planned to have a specific purpose and I almost always choose the seasonal facial. I religiously go every month because missing a month makes me sad. I have done a custom facial which is always an option if you don't care for a flavor or scent in seasonal facial. I've gotten lots of facials and Susan's facials & products are second to none.I have been receiving acupuncture services from Bradley for quite a while now. Bradley is very attentive to his patients and takes the time to get to know them to address any medical issues. He is thorough and empathetic. I have had acupuncture in several facilities and I trust Bradley with my care.I haven't written this review sooner because I wanted to make sure I had all my appointments scheduled for the remainder of the year. It's not that it's hard to get evening appointments, but I guess I am just greedy and wanted to have my services scheduled. I have recommended several of my friends to this wellness center and we all love Susan and her spa, team, services and products!“

“Been here many times. They don't change the sheet you lay on but they do change the one your head/face rests on. You are fully clothed so there is no need to change the sheet. They have multiple tables in the same space so this isn't a private massage. They are really good at finding knots and tension and working those muscle groups. I have been to many different places and this is my go to for a last minute, I need a massage due to tight muscles.Their style is deep tissue sports massage, not a pamper yourself with oils and scents, while having someone rub you in a private room. That being said, sore back, shoulders or legs? Go here. Wanting more spa like, go to one of the more expensive places.I love this place and go several times a month, for well over a year.“
