I went there for 60 minute massage and I didn't get the full 60 minutes. My appointment was for 3:00. They didn't call me until 3:05. The lady didn't start giving me my massage to 3:15 and it was over 3:55 that's not 60 minutes. I would never go back there again
I explained that I had scheduled a facial for Friday, July 24, and a massage for my husband and me on August 7—not Thursday, July 23.
The second representative who called me was rude and condescending. She repeatedly told me that I had been called and left a voicemail and questioned why I answered the phone that day but not the day before.
I explained that I was out of town on a work assignment and was not expecting a confirmation call for an appointment I never scheduled. Instead of listening, she continued to imply the mistake was mine, which made me feel disrespected and disappointed by the customer service.
I would highly recommend being a customer at massage envy! The environment was clean and peaceful. I had a facial by Karen, who was absolutely pleasant, comforting, and overall amazing! I would definitely come back again for another service!
