“Had Freedom Fence and Deck come out and replace my existing old falling down fence with a new 6ft wooden privacy fence. Freedom was the more expensive of the 4 estimates that I got but I went with them because of their quoting process and communication. I am VERY glad I did. They kept me informed during the whole process and answered every question I had. The crew that came to do the work (Marlon and his crew) were very professional, did quick work, very good install, and cleaned up my yard completely when done. The fence looks amazing, I would definitely recommend Freedom and would use them again.“

“Ergeon was communicative and timely with my initial consultation and fence installation, and did quality work at a good price. A few weeks after the installation, I started having issues with the latch on the gate not closing all the way or locking, seemingly misaligned from the gate shifting. It took repeated outreach over several months for Ergeon to finally respond and repair the gate, which I was not able to lock/secure during that time. I finally got a response from a manager, who was helpful in getting the issue resolved quickly, having the installers replace the entire gate to ensure everything aligned and leaving enough space for the lock to work correctly after normal shifting as the new wood settles. The delay and lack of response were frustrating, but the manager took responsibility for the mistake and made it right, which I appreciate.“

“I wouldn't buy from anyone else. Nick posterli and the lady at the other desk were very very helpful. I build decks and wood fence for a living but this was my first chain link fence. It was a little over 50 foot of fence and a gate. They explained everything to me down to the T as far as putting it together and gave me every piece with a paper properly telling what every part is and used for. She was available after normal hours to answer questions and plans to attend the day the fence is installed to ensure the work is done correctly and to my satisfaction. Lastly, I asked about a discount, if I paid with cash and it too was offered. Also, they have a warranty for labor and materials, included.“
