“We discovered unwanted visitors in our attic and contacted Home Paramount Pest Control, where I spoke with Timothy Coombs at the Annapolis, MD location. I was very impressed with their service. Despite nearly 100-degree weather, the crew removed the old insulation, cleaned the space, and installed new insulation that met code standards.

During the process, one of the workers accidentally stepped off a rafter, leaving an indent in the ceiling, and because the attic entrance was so small, a light fixture was also damaged. The project manager immediately brought both issues to my attention and reported them to his supervisor. Timothy quickly followed up, arranged for the damage to be repaired, and allowed me to choose my own contractor. I simply submitted the invoice for reimbursement.

“Great service from John and his business partner. They came on a Sunday (which was great) to identify what kind of pest we had and how it was entering our house. Found out they were yellow jackets infiltrating our siding and under the floor boards. When they arrived a few days later to remove them, they were able to vacuum the wasps out and remove the hive. Easy cleanup, no damage, and no chemicals which was a huge plus. I would definitely call or recommend them to others.
