“I brought my bunny here during a heart attack, unfortunately my bunny did not make it but at no fault of the vets. they did everything they could to save my boy and took immediate action with no hesitation, most vets will only take emergency situations if you are an existing patient but here there were no questions asked, just immediate care. after he was gone they showed so much compassion. they had never met me or my bunny before, yet they treated him with such amazing aftercare. he was wrapped up and i was talked through all afterlife services at my own pace, not once did they act like i was inconveniencing them or rushed. Dr. Heck was an amazing caretaker for my boy for the short time he was there. every other veterinarian i met were very kind and empathetic. truly the best vet i could have picked.”
