Most of our family have been clients of Festival Veterinary Hospital and Fallston Veterinary Hospital for years and years. Needless to say, we are very happy customers of Dr. Lomax and staff. They are very caring, skilled, efficient, professional and friendly. I especially appreciate the care, expertise, and patience Amanda and Keeley have demonstrated when I take my dog, Harper, to have her nails trimmed.
I had a wonderful experience when I took my cat to Dr Prange. She worked so well with my cat Vladi, she's like a cat whisperer. She was very thorough and informative. She helped me understand what is going on with him. The technician was wonderful and asked pertinent questions about him and was so gentle. They reallly go the extra mile and care. I would highly recommend them.
Staff is incredibly friendly and caring towards both their human and animal customers. Have always been honest and straightforward and I’ve never felt like I’ve been pushed to do something that wasn’t ultimately in the best interest of my pets or to bill additional fees.
