I am really grateful for the care my dog Fifi received during two very stressful visits. She is 13, has dementia, arthritis, bronchitis, anxiety, and was dealing with several things at once, so she can get overwhelmed very easily. Every person we encountered was patient with her and made a difficult situation feel a little more manageable.

Our 9 year old beagle had a medical emergency that heartbreakingly ended up with us having to let him go. It was horrible and traumatic for us, but the kindness and professionalism shown by every staff member helped us through such a terrible time. We cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Skylar and every single staff member we encountered. They were so kind and patient and gave us time and empathy when we needed it the most. I’ve been here a few times over the years, and I can only say positive things. Animal ER helped us say goodbye and helped us heal some. They are very welcoming the second you walk in the door. While the wait time can be understandably long, it doesn’t feel so bad with the provided comfort coffee, water, and snack.
